You work with SAP? We do not have a ready-made SAP template – but we do have the standard routes through which SAP systems accept orders: EDIFACT, XML, CSV and an open REST API. We define the exact approach in the workshop with you and your SAP partner.

Orders to SAP
STYLEPOT hands over every order in a format that your SAP system or your EDI service provider can process – with customer number, product, colour, size, EAN, quantity, price and delivery date.

Stock, documents, sell-through back
STYLEPOT collects stock per size as a CSV or Excel file (matched via EAN, SKU or product and size), places invoices and documents as PDFs in the retailer account and analyses your retailers' sell-through reports.

Every integration is a small project: workshop, field mapping, test run, go-live. We estimate the effort after the workshop; the price depends on scope and is agreed individually. If you set up the import and interface yourself, you only pay the monthly licence.

Is there a ready-made SAP interface?
There is no ready-made SAP template. STYLEPOT speaks the common formats (EDIFACT ORDERS, XML, CSV, JSON) and has an open REST API – SAP systems can be connected this way. We define the approach in the workshop.
