What is STYLEPOT?
STYLEPOT is the wholesale engine for fashion brands in B2B (Fashion Wholesale Engine). It combines digital ordering, field sales and CRM, showroom presentation and daily recommendations in one system – for inside sales, sales agents and retailers.
Does STYLEPOT replace the showroom?
No. STYLEPOT complements the showroom: retailers scan products with their phone and order directly, the sales agent presents the collection on the big screen, and after the appointment the retailer re-orders themselves.
Who is STYLEPOT for?
For fashion brands, agencies and distributors supplying retailers with pre-orders and re-orders – from the young brand with a handful of sales agents to the brand with several agencies, showrooms and ERP integration.
How much does STYLEPOT cost?
Packages start at €590 per month (Starter), Professional costs €1,190, Business €1,990 – each excl. VAT, minimum term 24 months. Setup, workshops, training and ERP integration are agreed individually according to scope. Enterprise for multiple brands and your own infrastructure is available on request. No commission is charged on orders.
Do I have to change my ERP?
No. STYLEPOT connects to existing systems: orders go into the ERP, stock, documents and sell-through come back – via ready-made templates for enventa DIAMOD, prodress and D-Moda, and for other systems such as SAP or AS/400 via EDIFACT, XML, CSV or the open REST API.
Can I try STYLEPOT for free?
We do not offer a free trial account. Instead, we show you STYLEPOT in a personal live demo – ideally with your own products – and then discuss your processes and your ERP in a workshop.
How quickly can we go live?
After the demo and workshop we set up your instance. We personally support the go-live with import, ERP integration and training – usually within a few weeks, in time for the next order season.
Do retailers and sales agents need an app?
No. STYLEPOT runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone – no app store and no updates on the device.
Which languages does STYLEPOT support?
Six core languages are standard: German, English, French, Italian, Spanish and Dutch. Any further language – such as Polish, Czech, Swedish, Chinese or Japanese – can be activated on request: interface, e-mails and documents. Product texts are translated by the integrated Translation Hub.
Where is the data stored?
Each brand gets its own instance with its own database. STYLEPOT is developed and hosted in Germany, with daily data backup.
